Strictly no returns or exchanges on any sale items. All sales are final.
Faulty or Incorrect Item
Every care is given to ensure your jewellery arrives just as pictured but if anything is wrong please let us know by emailing Kate - lunafoundling@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue.
For faulty items, you will be sent a replacement and provided with a prepaid return shipping label.
If you'd like to make a return please email Kate- lunafoundling@gmail.com to make a return request. You'll just need your order number.
Change of Mind
We hope you'll fall in love with your new handmade jewellery! But if for whatever reason you need to make a return or exchange we're here to help.
If you change your mind we accept returns on any item subject to the following conditions:
- Jewellery must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Jewellery must be in original condition (unworn, unused, and unwashed in original packaging)
- Earrings are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons
- All sale items and gift cards are final and are exempt from being returned
For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and buy now pay later (Afterpay, Zip, etc) merchant fees are non-refundable.
We have a return address in Australia. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please return your item using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your tracking states the parcel has been delivered to our mailbox, please allow up to 5 business days from us receiving your parcel to inspect and process your return.

Repairs
We want you to love your jewellery so much that you wear it all the time! Over time and under certain stresses and strains jewellery can unexpectedly break, but that doesn't need to be the end of your jewellery's lifetime!
Please email me at lunafoundling@gmail.com with a photograph and description of the breakage and I'll let you know which package to select from to cover the repair costs. The shipping method you choose when ordering this listing is for the shipping method to ship the repaired jewellery back to you.
Once you've placed your order please send your jewellery back to me in a padded envelope or the original packaging to protect it and send it via a trackable form of delivery. I'll let you know when your jewellery has arrived, has been repaired and is back on its way to you
